Hala and Heber did a total AC replacement and both were awesome. Very professional and courteous and took the time to explain what they were doing beforehand and finished the job in the time frame that was promised. They cleaned everything up before leaving. Almost like it never happened...except we had our (never to be taken for granted) AC back up and running! I highly recommend them and AC Doctors.
Eddie and Guillermo were both excellent technicians. They worked for 11 hours straight to get my new HVAC system installed. They were thorough and conscientious, despite the long hours and the hot conditions, and left the area around the attic entrance cleaner than they found it. Jason, the technician who diagnosed the original problem and helped calibrate the new system, was also fantastic. They were all kind, patient, took the time to listen to me and answer my questions.

Ian, the On Call Technician (7/26/2024), arrived last night post initial installation by an Installation Team (same day=7/26/2025). Ian presented as an excellent puzzle solver. He went step by step in determining issue for discrepancies between thermostat setting temp & room temp. We didn't end up using them, but they were so responsive when our AC went out and we reached out to several companies to see if anyone could install a new unit quickly. Highly recommend at least reaching out to them for a quote and possible install or repair!

Jack, Hala, and Gerrick are our heros this week. We previously had some new ductwork installed amidst our home renovation, only to realize it hadn't been properly connected/routed the first time. In the heat of summer when we were moving in, this became quickly apparent. This team was out to our home ready for the challenge. Today was 116 in Phoenix, and my AC picked today to stop working. I was in despair that AC DOCTORS might not be able to send help asap. But Colin showed up at the appointed hour and diagnosed a faulty capacitor, which had been replaced in February. I wasn't charged for the new part, and Colin had the repair completed in short order

Great company! We have been using them for years and always great! Highly recommended. Jack was an awesome Tech.
Great company to work with. They were quick and fair with their pricing. Jon P. was our tech and he was great. He quickly diagnosed our issue and got us a quote that was much better than anyone else's. After a delay of a couple of days for a part to be ordered, Jon was back and had both of our AC units up and running in no time.

Luis & Heber came to replace our AC. We have had a lot of issues in the past with previous companies but I'm glad we switched companies for the replacement! Luis & Heber were on time and very communicative of what they were doing. They were efficient & answered all of my questions!
