I got home from a three day stay in the hospital to a non-working heat pump with temps forecasted in the 100's. After reviewing options on google and based on Yelp reviews I chose AC Doctors and called them. Jesus came the next day and found a small leak in the A-coil. Quick to respond and very knowledgeable force. I was having issues for a while with my 14+ years old unit, that required yearly work to keep it working, but finally decided to install a new unit. Wow! AC Doctors does fantastic work! Their field service technicians (Doctors) are a pleasure to work with. They have worked on two properties for me in the Phoenix area. The initial service visits were prompt and professional, COVID safe, and they provided detailed estimates for the work to be performed and explained the what and why of the proposals clearly. We scheduled a tune-up, but anticipated needing some repairs due to the age of our units. Gerardo was our technician, and he identified some things that needed to be replaced. He showed us pictures and thoroughly explained everything. He was able to do all the repairs, except one, at this visit. He was knowledgable, patient, and efficient. I hope AC Drs take care of him, because I think he could open his own business. This company has done us right for years.

Responsiveness, Knowledgeable, Professional, Punctual, and Respectful. This company is good at their profession. My a/c unit was fixed in less than 1.5hrs for a price that was very negotiable and not too pricy. Thank you Ac Doctors for helping me cool down after such a distressing time. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family who are in need of A/c repairs.

We used AC Docs at our old residence for two fan replacements, and signed up for their membership to receive discounted parts, labor and tune-ups. Great service! We recently bought a different house which had two 2019 Trane units installed. One unit failed on heating and our inspection found numerous issues with the installation of air handlers, drip pans and terrible ducting work (guessing unlicensed contractor)... We have used AC doctors for years and have never been disappointed. The pricing is competitive, their technicians are always polite, well-educated and professional. I wouldn't go with any other HVAC company, these guys have a solid super positive corporate culture that shows. Integrity, straightforward, quick response times, very helpful office staff who provided reminders.
