We had a problem with our AC not cooling below 80 during the summer. The AC company who installed the unit kept telling us our system is working great and it must be something else not related to the AC. So we thought to get a second opinion from AC Doctor. When calling to make the appointment, the receptionist was nice and had wonderful customer service skills. My appointment was made early that same week. My 18-year-old AC system finally gave up the ghost in the middle of July, and I was dreading having to replace it. Shelling out thousands of dollars to a company you've never had to do business with before is always scary, especially in the AC business, where you expect to be gouged in the summer. I have to take a minute to give the biggest 5 stars I've ever given. I can't say thank you enough to this incredible team. This is one of the most professional groups you'll come across, from the first minute of your experience. Scheduling was so easy, and about ten minutes before the technician arrived, i received a text message with details about my tech, and a picture. always professional, quality work, quick to respond if your having issues. I have 2 dogs so not easy to go to a hotel if ac goes out in the summer,, they have saved the day more than once. Greatly service all the way around. Highly recommend

This is the best company for ac/heating inArizona. If there were double stars I'd click on each one. They are always right on for service, professionalism and prices. They 100% stand behind their work. The guys who come out know what they are doing. We had them do a twice a year checkup for years then when it was time to replace our two units we called Pete and set it up. The units work great. They are all so nice on top of everything else I mentioned. I recommend them highly.

I called this place when I first bought my home asking them to do a seasonal tune up on both of my a/c units. We didn't know what we were getting into with our older units, and we wanted them in tip top for the summer. The guy who came out basically just did an inspection - didn't touch or change anything. The A/C Doctors were EXCELLENT from the setting the appointment for the estimate to the completion of the work. Moved into a new build home 5yrs ago and maintained my warranty work with the builders HVAC company. Of course when the warranty expires a inter coil has a leak in the Suite's unit and the cost was $3000 and up based on (4) estimates. We've used different, well known companies every year to work on our ac unit, but A/C doctors really took time to figure out what the problem was. The technician (Julio) had shown me where the leaking was, & even took pictures of the areas found to be causing the problem, as well as the amount of coolant that was used to fill up the unit. Nice, knowledgeable and honest. Stranded with kids and no ac in Arizona is stressful af. Consider yourself lucky if Gerardo is your tech. Sunday night ac repair out the door for $200. Would have paid $1000. Thanks guys. Customer for life.
