When we needed a new A/C, we contacted AC Doctors since we've used in the past and had excellent service. We got an estimate and scheduled the replacement within a couple days. Luis Urquidez and his crew of 2 arrived exactly when promised and completed the replacement in 4 hours, which really amazed us since the last unit took a day and a half to install with a different company. Not only did AC Doctors come out when I was desperate with an AC outage during the summer, but for a prorated amount they offered two inspections during a 12 month period. Last week they called to remind me of my free inspection and schedule my appointment. They just completed my inspection and I was pleased to hear that my systems are in good condition and they did not try to upsell me on anything. The two technicians were courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you both and AC Doctors

Very happy with The A/C Doctors! Their prices were much more reasonable compared to two other quotes I got and I can tell Gerardo knows his stuff! He helped fix a refrigerant line leak in no time and recharged my system -- super cold air blowing now :) He also fixed a condensate line that was jerry-rigged improperly from a prior installer. This is a family owned business that really knows their stuff very well. There staff like Emily are very professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. This is the only air-conditioning company that I trust. I highly recommend this place.

Twice this summer I have had AC problems. First, my drip pan (I think that's what it's called?) was leaking in the attic and we had water coming out the top pipe on the outside of our house. I called first thing in the morning and the leak was repaired by that evening! This was back in early august, and I was happy with our service. Last night, our house stopped cooling. I called AC Doctors after realizing my AC was a lost cause and the solution would be beyond my expertise (which is absolutely zero). I was helped on the phone by Elizabeth who was lovely to chat with, and within the hour (I called last minute on a Saturday night) their technician Ian arrived with a smile on his face to save the day. Mark responded very promptly to our property in Tempe. His communication with both tenant and myself (owner) was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, was able to repair it quickly and had the air conditioning working again! This is vital to health and welfare of people in Arizona summers and I'm very grateful for the wonderful service we got. Luis and Juan installed a mini split in my garage 2 weeks ago. They did a fantastic job on the installation and went out of their way to get the correct bracket for the outside unit. They were on time, neat and very professional. They made sure that I knew how to operate the new system. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with them. I highly recommend AC Drs and if you have these 2 guys install then you have nothing to worry about. Great customer service

The night my air stopped working was rough. This morning I realized how dependent we are upon or upon a ideal climate and I was nearly in tears franticially calling numerous companies at 8 am Monday morning. I found ACDoctors on Yelp due to numerous star reviews. I called and when this one company suggested I make an appointment that evening as they were booked I was crushed in a way, but agreeed.
