Our AC "went out" sometime between 3:30-4:15pm today while we were at the grocery store. Everything seemed fine but there was no air blowing out of most of our vents, and lukewarm air coming out of the kitchen vent. We were pretty stressed as this is a fairly new unit (replaced in 2017). I didn't hire them but the managment company for my rental did. I love how you get text message updates as to arrivals with pictures of the technician! This is very comforting. They tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all they fix the problem right away!

Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed up wearing a mask and maintained good social distance during the AC Tunup. We got an EXTREMELY detailed report on our AC unit which really impressed us as well. I highly recommend AC Doctors to anyone needing a tune up.

I am blown away! Eric was great. I'm a renter so my management company contacted them, and Im glad they did. My A/C wasn't cooling properly on a 118 degree day. I filed my maintenance request and 15 minutes later the AC company called. Being that it was 1pm on a Sunday I pretty much expected to get an apt tomorrow at the earliest. AC Doctors have won my business with there fine upfront service. They come and do what is needed and the technicians are very engaging in the process. No pressure up-selling, just do what is in the scope of work to resolve the issue at hand. I appreciate that very much. Another outstanding service call from A/C Doctors . Great experience, to include the ease of setting up an emergency service appointment on a very hot Sunday in June, to the very professional, informative and efficient service offered by the technician, Frankie. Repair complete, cooling in progress, will continue to recommend A/C Doctors all day long.

So many HVAC companies in the valley. These guys are honest and will do whatever it takes to get you up and running, (or cooling off). Their technicians are the best. Ask for Jackson. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but his customer service was nothing short of Nordstrom.

4.5 stars, I'll explain. These guys are great. We purchased this 2 story home in the summer of 19, A/C blows really cold, we just had 1 room upstairs that seemed to not get any air flow.
