Came home from work one night and the house was warm. Check the ac and it was broken. Found these guys from yelp reviews and called them first thing in the morning. They had a technician at my house in about 1 hr. My compressor was dead the unit was 18 years old. He gave me prices for the repair and several replacement options. I went with the replcement. First time using AC Doctors, and I was very impressed. Professionalism was over the top. Our technician was extremely friendly, very observant of social distancing and COViD protections, and very detailed in his explanation of the diagnosis. The price for the work performed was very agreeable and they didn't try to upsell me. He got in and got the work done same day. He was very efficient and respectful of our house and did a superb job cleaning up. I would highly recommend AC Doctors.

Yes yes YES!! WE FINALLY found a reliable ac company!! These guys are champs! Luis and Julian did our ac replacement unit and were the professionals you expect when you call pros out. They were AMAZING. I'm beyond thankful for their timeliness, professionalism and skills. Thank you a million times over!! Now...we also called them out over the weekend for a different AC issue. Not an active reviewer but this company is not the typical company. After having two other companies show up to 'diagnose' the issue, it became apparent they were only interested in helping themselves. AC Doctors finally came to the rescue. Brendan showed up first. Looked over the system and explained to us the issues. Explained a plan that was easy to understand and easy on our pocketbook. One week later, we had the same issue return and then comes in Eric. This is how a great company is run! EXCELLENT customer service. Sent a text before arrival showing a photo of our service tech & ETA. Gerardo arrived on time with a face mask (we also wore masks) and explained the process to us, answered all our questions and was very helpful, friendly and efficient. (We will request him in the future.) He took photos of everything he saw on the roof so he could explain what we might need in the future. Our AC "went out" sometime between 3:30-4:15pm today while we were at the grocery store. Everything seemed fine but there was no air blowing out of most of our vents, and lukewarm air coming out of the kitchen vent. We were pretty stressed as this is a fairly new unit (replaced in 2017). I didn't hire them but the managment company for my rental did. I love how you get text message updates as to arrivals with pictures of the technician! This is very comforting. They tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all they fix the problem right away!

Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed up wearing a mask and maintained good social distance during the AC Tunup. We got an EXTREMELY detailed report on our AC unit which really impressed us as well. I highly recommend AC Doctors to anyone needing a tune up.
