For my first experience at Ruth's Chris I was very impressed. It isn't the very best steak I've had, but it is close to the top. 4 stars for the food, 5 stars for the service. I had the T-Bone, au gratin potatoes and the broiled tomatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned really well. I could have eaten another order of potatoes, they were off the chart good. I've gone here a few times for team dinners as well as happy hour. Its a fairly standard Ruth Chris chain. Very pleasant environment and nice spot for a delicious meal. The service is usually outstanding. I always have a filet, which they prepare to perfection...no steak sauce or seasoning needed! I'm also a big fan of their tomato mozzarella salad, grilled asparagus and when looking for something more decadent the scalloped potatoes are fantastic! Another local family favorite. Not only have we enjoyed a fabulous steak dinner there, but we have gone several times for drinks and hors D's in the lounge. Great ambiance, amazing service and pure relaxation!

Delicious meal. Everything was perfect. We had 7:30 reservations and waited about 1 minute before they seated us. Our Waitress was very attentive, but not annoying. We planned a nice evening with quiet first class experience. But...Omg... it was so loud totally ruined our evening. Food was fine but couldn't enjoy it with the noise level so high no music. Ugh
I don't mind expensive meals. Not at all. This meal was certainly expensive and quite terrible. I've had better food in a Roadhouse! Never again.
This was my first time coming to a Ruth's Chris. I was expecting it to be a good experience and it was. I came here with my husband, mother and daughter (19 months old). We were celebrating my husband's birthday. When I made reservations they asked if we were celebrating and I let them know. My wife and I came here to celebrate a promotion. We had reservations for seven p.m. and were seated promptly at seven. Had a great table, and the dining rooms were beautiful and the atmosphere very relaxed and inviting. We had a great waiter, Chase, who was very professional.
