An alright place for a steak. I got the prime rib and it was perfectly cooked. We got two sides with our dinner, the mashed potatoes and the broccoli au gratin. The potaotes came out swimming in butter! The broccoli was over-cooked. Wine and service was good.
Went for my husbands birthday. We had a fabulous dinner. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and very efficient. We enjoyed the whole experience and will go back!
My husband and I are regulars for Happy Hour on Friday night. We love the quality of the apps, selection of drinks, as well as the service in the bar...Duane is the best. Ruth Chris is the best Happy Hour!
The steaks were overcooked and dry. They did come out steaming hot, the plates were untouchable, but there was no flavor. The crab souffle topping on one of the steaks was so over-powering and fishy I had to go to the bathroom to spit it out. The atmosphere was nice, the tables were very well dressed but too close together. The environment is not high-end, a little more family feeling, and the prices are high. Service was impeccable but I will not be going back.
Great steakhouse. Jim was a great server. Pace of the meal was excellent. Careful about the sides you order. Sweet potatoes areTOO sweet.
Expensive as hell. However, it's the best darn steak I've ever had. Service was excellent and you can order the cheapest wine and still enjoy a great beverage with your meal. Recommended! Just expect to pay between $100-200 per couple including tip.
Why did we get such a poor version of a fantastic steakhouse? We've dined here three times. Took our whole staff for a party and everyone's steak was overcooked with extremely poor service. The next time we had totally raw green beans with so so steaks. Third time the ribeye was sub-par, tough and over cooked. That was the last time I've been there and I have a $100 gift card. I've been to RC all over the country and it is usually a great meal...disappointing to say the least.
Dined on 6-18-12 for our 19th wedding anniversary. Waiter very polite. Ordered the lamb chops, Caesar salad, steak and shrimp, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. All was very good. They forgot our mushrooms but comped us on two free deserts. One was on the house for our anniversary and one was for the goof up on the mushrooms. I ran some flowers by ahead of time. Beautiful place and wonderful atmosphere. If you are out to impress this is definitely the place. If you are in love a $8 baked potato doesn't seem so bad I suppose. If it's a great steak you are after you can do much better and save a ton of cash. I ordered a $45 rare t-bone and it was anything but rare.
