Probably because I have no healthy boundaries, I've been here 3 times. 1. Party of six. Average night, no wait. Server was terrible and acted annoyed the entire time- probably because there were 3 children with us? Who were extremely well-behaved and excited to be out to a "fancy" dinner. I had to drag a wine recommendation out of her. We had to flag down two other servers when we were repeatedly ignored and both of those servers were also very annoyed that we needed silverware we were shorted on and water. I had the filet and mashed potatoes. The steak was served perfectly and the staff were all courteous and attentive to our needs. This is a nice restaurant for date night and the price was more than other steak centric restaurants in this community. The better than average service made the price more reasonable in my opinion.

I had my birthday dinner at this restaurant and the ambience is really nice. My server was nice & very personable. I ordered the cowboy ribeye (cooked medium) & a side of creamed spinach which were unbelievably delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection... The chocolate sin cake was good, but I prefer a little less espresso. The ONLY con is that the entrees do not include a side. However the sides are large so I did share it with my husband. Not sure why, but the food here is very sub par compared to other RC's I've been to. Way too expensive for what you get, try Doe's if you want to drop 40+ for a good steak.
Every time I go I am amazed how good the food is and how wonderful the staff is!! This is a must visit, a little pricy but well worth it.
I really don't see what the big deal is. The only "big" thing I experienced was the bill. I would probably never go for dinner cause I have heard you will easily drop $100 for one person. So when they opened for lunch on Fridays this holiday season, I knew I wanted to try it and why not for a nice holiday luncheon with someone special or good friends. A very nice meal. Classic Ruth's Chris. Great steak, nice wine list, great service. The restaurant had a more modern feel than most RC's that I have visited. it was still quite elegant and very nice. My only complaint was the sin tax of over 30% on my bar bill. That is crazy. I asked the bartender about it and he explained it had to do with the local dry county laws. I was so happy when they built a Ruth's Chris here in Rogers,AR. We used to go to the one in Portland,OR. when ever we could. We went to this new one for our anniversary,the food, atmosphere and service were wonderful. Though I would like to mention that I was shocked at how some people were dressed to go to dinner. I think a nice restaurant like that should have a dress code. If you want to wear shorts and a t-shirt go to McDonald's. The food was exceptional and I would certainly recommend it.
