Recarding the Oct 24, 2017 visit: I will not be doing a favorable review on Cool Today/Plumbing Today for the following reasons. 1) The plumber immediately tried to sell expensive plumbing parts and service contracts (I did finally purchase the cheapest contract they offered as a means to get the plumber out of my house.). 2) The plumber did not replace the aerator filters to my master sink spigots as requested, nor did he provide a reason until I pressed for one (he then said that the spigot aerator were essentially irremov... read more
They came out twice...cost $59 resolved nothing.More or less just left me hanging. My second bad experience with home advisor...won't use you again.
THEY NEEDED EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE TRUCK. THE CLEANING OF THE PIPE WAS NOT COMPLETE
I called in a complaint,and they did not return my call.
The man that came to look at my shower head was contending. I am female but I had a general contracting license an business. He took the head out of the package and proceeded to say it was an easy job. He did not listen to the fact that I had already figured it wasn't a simple job. His answer was to cut the pipe (and I told him that is what I wanted) or take out the closet behind the shower. Upon leaving he claimed he would locate a fitting for the cut and return my call. That never happened. Very unprofessional.
Arrived five hours late. No calls or updates by anybody in the company. Suprisingly expensive.
Change the time 3 times and went there late afternoon
Over charge for an additional hour of work
Did not do all the work we requested when the appointment was made. Over charged ! Would not give me an answer for the parts, work done or how much the service was. Paid a set price more then it was worth. Rip off. Call there office, given the run around and no clear explanation of the "book price" Will not use them again
