They did not have the courage to call me and tell me they were going to be late. I waited from 11 am to 3Pm for them but no one came . I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. Sure after waiting so long and was disappointing . Why they did not have the courage to call me and say that they were to come late? I call that very inefficient. I had a minor toilet valve issue, called for an appointment. It was 8 days out, so much for plumbing today, but it is season so I get it. I took off work to be here for them and they called me at 1 pm on the day of the appointment to reschedule for another 8 days out. I am out a days pay and they could care less. They used to be better but no longer. Never again.

As their name implies, this company responds immediately. The quality ends there. Our water heater broke and and the company we usually turn to could not fit us in for four days, so we turned to Home Advisor. They recommended Plumbing Today and they came to see us that day. They said we needed a $50 part that had to be special ordered but wanted to charge us $200 for overnight delivery and could not guarantee it would arrive for two business days. They diagnosed a leak, charged me $2500 to fix... then told me that copper piping was corroded and entire condo needed to be refitted for $7,500... called another company for 2nd opinion. They found the first leak wasn't even fixed properly and they fixed a section of corroded pipe for less than $500. Doyle Churchill is a SNAKE and you should avoid this company like the plaque. They try to take advantage of of ;emergency situations. I'd like to run into Doyle Churchill some day!!!

Plumbing Today is a bait and switch SCAM Company!!!!. Please read below to understand how they trick customers. I had a very bad experience with them!!!. They are very dishonest people. I had a need to re-plumb my entire house. Two full bath, 1 Pool bath, and a Kitchen. After posting my job on Home Advisor in January, 2019, their sales guy contacting me, and he offered to do a free estimate, so agreed to schedule a free estimate.
