When I had the first plumber out, he did not fix the issue and was rather rude. The second plumber was much better, but stated that he could not promise that he could fix the problem & quoted a high price for other work.

The toilet tank parts in my two bathrooms were worn out and rusted and needed replacing. I was offered two options: Install new toilets, which I did not need, or just replace the toilet tank parts, which is what I originally requested. The work was done well, but the price was outrageous. I called Customer Service and spoke with a manager; the total price was reduced somewhat. I would not call this company again for my plumbing or other needs.

This company is way overpriced. I had two shut off valves for my washing machine and two feed hoses for my laundry sink replaced and they charged me $494.00. Parts were less than $70 the rest was labor. Job took less than and hour to complete. I will not be calling them again.

This company gave me a ridiculous price to replace toilet turn off valve, did no work, overcharged me for service run, was quoted at $59 but charged me $93.40. When invoice came to my email there was no detail (e.g., labor, service run, parts. I called the next day with complaint, over a week later with no response. DO NOT USE THIS CO!!

Too expensive. One repairman had injured hand so they sent another along to help but felt like I paid for 2 for jobs that only required 1. When asked for quote both had to go outside to confer. I had already ordered and paid for the hose for the kitchen sink and was charged $93.00 for it to be screwed on. Put new drain part in bathroom which doesn't match but let him put on and got a quote for a new faucet. $795.00 for at bathroom faucet with installation. Really!! Really!!

Service was excellent and worker was knowledgable and polite. Only problem was price $1100,00 to replace a shower faucet seemed a bit much

The gentleman that came out was very professional, very informative. I would highly recommend him.
