Caused more problems and are not willing to repair the more problems they caused
Dave the technician from plumbing/cooling today did not have the right connector to make a proper repair on my condensation line. However he was able to use a clamp that I had and tar tape that he had to jerry-rig a repair that did not leak for a few hours. I have since ordered a connector from plumbingsupplies .com and made repair that is not leaking. I will never call plumbing today again.
it shouldn't take two weeks, several phone calls and two wrong toilets to find and install the right toilet. It's just an ordinary toilet! Said toilet shouldn't leak when it is finally installed. They did do good installing the water heater though I had to turn the thermostat on myself. It's going on another two weeks and I haven't gotten a bill. I guess I'll have to call them about that too? We needed them to connect a simple dryer hose , as my husband has had a stroke and was unable to do it. I was aware of $59.95 minimum - no problem - but we were charged $125.00 for a 10 minute job. This is way too costly. I feel this company took advantage of the situation. I could have understood $79 or $89, but plumber said he called his boss and he said to charge $125.00, as he had to use a tool - a screwdriver. Too expensive!!! $336.60 charges for 20 minutes job. It was not even an emergency call.
