it took them three visits to finally find a solution to the problem, but they found the solution and everything has been fine since. they responded with lightning speed and I must say that their technicians are extremely experienced, polite and knowledgeable. I use this company for my AC needs as well (COOL TODAY), so their company and their satellites are good, solid, independently-owned businesses. I fully support their work and recommend them.
