The work and the repair technician were great. I just thought the amount charged for the minimal amount of work was extremely high. I realize it's gas plumbing but still was very expensive for less than 1 hour of work.
Nathan and his partner were very professional and courteous. They had a very pleasant personality and was very friendly. They knew their work very well. The quality of their work was excellent.

Everything worked out in the end.
When Plumbing Today came to fix what we thought a small issue, we discovered the whole plumbing in the house (built in 1970) had old copper pipes. They lasted this long and were about to finally give up the ghost. So, instead of having an expensive emergency on my hands, they came in and inspected everything.
