I'm a Realtor and brought Plumbing Today to a home on behalf of my buyer to determine where was the moisture under the sink coming from. After some detective work, they found the problem and while they were at the home, checked other areas of the home for possible problems that the regular home inspector did not find. Two parts to project. The initial clearing and replacement of under sink drains in kitchen was very good. The rest of suggested work done by them was way overpriced.
