Anthony knocked on my door, looked at my project, wrote up an estimate while he was here and said he hoped I choose them for the project. After researching Plumbing Today, and their five star ratings, I decided to go with them. I called and asked that they give the assignment to Anthony. OK by them. Although the first person hired didn't show up and didn't inform me that they had an emergency call, the company sent Charlie out for me after I called. Charlie was very professional and told me what the problem was. I wasn't charged for the diagnosis since they didn't send someone out during my preferred window. I appreciated that.

I would call the plumbing company again if I needed them. My unit needed replaced instead of repaired. I used them once last year.
