The manager of this Jiffy Lube was terribly rude when I stopped by for some air in my almost flat tire. If a zero rating was possible then this is what it would get. I've used them years ago for an oil change but heard they will assist you in complimentary air for your tires. OMG, he made it clear I was a waste of their time. He told me that I would have to wait for paying customers and while they were filling my one tire with air said, "So, who changes your oil now?" "When your a customer we do that too and change oil."... read more

We spoke with the manager about this situation earlier in 2019 when it was posted, and we can guarantee that it won't happen again. It was actually a technician you interacted with and he was let go immediately. This store is traditionally very friendly to customers with the manager working for us for over 35 years. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, though, so we could fix the issue.
The customer service and communication is terrible here - don't go here. They couldn't bother telling my disabled husband that the Groupon needed to be on his phone, he had a printed copy! I guess they couldn't bother. So instead he has to drive down to 96th and they took it! Why can one Jiffy Lube take the paper and the other one cannot? HMMM You obviously don't care about repeat customers - all of my four adult kids will now be going elsewhere for oil changes and everyone in the Sunblest, Fishers area will be told! I went in because I thought I had an oil leak. Thankfully I did not but my father-in-law had changed the oil the day before and forgot to put the oil cap back on... yikes. Instead of helping me or explaining anything to me they basically told me to get the heck out of their place and take it to Goodyear and just kept pointing. Overall this was a good location. Sadly the team changed up and lost the spark of not breaking stuff before starting a oil change. General new office manager guy lifts hood and within 2 minutes of dropping the car off has managed to break of the top of my oil dipstick saying i like to wiggle or move the dip stick around before removing it. Fast talkers here. If you don't mind that your coupon for a $30 oil change turns into a $67 bill then by all means go here. I kept saying no to everything but apparently just saying you need an oil change and that's it, triggers other charges. I don't want to fathom what the charges would be if I said yes. In the end I received a standard oil change for $38 but that was after a lot of complaining about price misdirection. They relented when other customers came in.
I have been to this location for oil changes in the past and never had any real problems except the push to up-sell me more services and products. I purchased a Groupon for $59.00 for a full service oil change. The groupon expired a few days ago. I called the jiffy lube at Allisonville and 82 and they told me I would have to get a reimbursement from Groupon... This location DOES NOT honor the Val-Pak coupon that specifically states it is one of the locations which will provide a $19.99 Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change. They informed us that despite what the coupon says and despite no fine print to the contrary, this coupon is merely $19.99 off of the regular price. After talking to two employees there, the best price they would offer was $28.00. Needless to say, we won't patronize any store that refuses to honor its coupons.
