I took my car here many times. I praised the service and paid for the highest brand oil 4 or 5 times. All was well! Good customer service goes a long way!
Really nice crew, very helpful and down to earth. I needed to drive out of state the next day and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready to go. The coupon (and option to save it for later) was great too! I'll be back to this location.
Great costumer service. Nice guys! Car was clean and they did a good job keeping me in the loop as they were servicing different parts of the car.
I went in for an oil change. Mechanic under the car said I had loose tie rod. Asked him if they do that service. He told me yes, they just started doing thst kind of work. Because I wasn't feeling confident in his response, I took my car to a tire shop to have it looked at. Mechanic there told me that: 1) you can't check health of tire rod by just visual inspection and 2) my tie rods were fine. Be careful.
Customer service is trash. I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me to bring my car after I got off of work. I get to Jiffy lube and the guy told me he didn't tak to me and maybe I was at the wrong jiffy lube. He even asked me which number I called and after going through my call log confirming that I called THIS shop he asked what time I called. I told him and he told me the guy I spoke to was gone. I spoke with the manager and employees at that store and they can't seem to remember this incident. Are you sure this was at the 11564 Allisonville Rd Jiffy Lube (116th and Allisonville) or could it have been at the Jiffy Lube on 82nd street and Allisonville. I went a few months ago. Oil change was efficient, but they told me I needed new brakes. When I took the car to another mechanic they said the brakes still had decent life left in them. Needless to say I will not be back
Customer service is the name of the game and this place sure DOESNT have it! A service man was graphically grotesque with a pregnant friend of mine who went in for an oil change. When her husband went back in to address it, management basically said, I don't care. Seriously?! He said, I can't control what he says. Really? I know I'm my job we must speak professionally at all time or it can be cause for termination. This was very rude and disgusting. It is not okay for men to sexually harass women (especially the woman who was 8.5 months pregnant). Because of the manner this situation was handled, I will never bring my business here again and will spreading the word for others to do the same. Hopefully this lesson will cost the business enough money to know it is morally wrong and to correct it immediately next time.

I'm 8 months pregnant and went to have my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube off 116th & Allisonville for the first time. Sat in my husbands car while they worked on mine. When they were done I went in to pay. Guy started with a few ignorant comments about how I shouldn't be carrying a purse while I'm this pregnant because it's too heavy, literally said "you're not supposed to be carrying anything heavier than a piece of paper at this point."
