I came to this Jiffy Lube today to get an oil change and my air filter changed on my suburban. The staff here is always polite and very kind! One thing I do appreciate is the attention they pay to detail. I am so thankful my gut told me to come here today because the gentlemen working noticed a nail in my right front tire! This location has got customer service nailed. They know what the customer wants, provides necessary information, doesn't try saying you need things you don't, and are extremely well versed in their jobs. I drive across town to this location because I appreciate their detail-oriented approach and efficiency. This should be the model store for this area.
So, I went in for a full synthetic oil change change the air filter. I think I've said it before these guys are one of the best in all of Jiffy Lube. The store is spotless. They checked all the service requested items off the sheet. The quality is superior because they even cleaned the windows and told me how everything was going on. After being told by another place that they couldn't install a battery on my 2015 Camry I called here. They were able to install my battery within minutes. They also realized I needed an oil change and new air filters and did that immediately too. Stephen and Zac were amazing! I highly recommend coming here.
