I came in late just the other day close to six and they got me right in. Very friendly very helpful didn't push services that I didn't need and got me in and out within 15 minutes. Always my go to place.
I had to come and get a routine oil change at jiffy lube. Everyone is so nice and efficient. Austin provided excellent customer service from the time of my arrival. Kevin kept me updated on each step of the process.Arthur was extremely detailed on walking through why each step was necessary as well. Overall extremely great service and I will be back to this location frequently.
Bought a Groupon for here. No wait and the team got right to the job. I bought an oil change and rainx treatment. The team lead explained everything clearly and it took about 15 minutes for the service. Facility was beat and clean. Solid business and good value.
I stopped in and they were able to get me in right away. The manager, Phil and his crew were very thoughtful. He told me that I still had 1500 miles until another oil change. When I asked if I could pay them to put more oil in the car (because my car burns oil), he said it was free bc my last oil change was with Jiffy Lube. This place is not fancy and the guys that work here don't look as professional as they are ! You can't judge a book by its cover !! I have had nothing but great treatment here. They are very fast and efficient I am posting about the jiffy lube on Allisonville rd and 82nd
This is my second time at Jiffy Lube here in Anderson on South Scatterfield the guys listen to me! I can ask a question about anything and they don't act like lm a dumb girl ! I kept hearing a rattle under my Jeep I asked if they could check it out ? They started looking and found out what it was for me . They straighten it out for me. I will be back at 3,000 miles !
