Do not like the contact using text messages...I don't have good signal in your store.I spent 2 hours in there for an oil change and tire check
Always got a car wash on all my service calls in past. When they told me car was ready no wash and car was very dirty. When I questioned them I was told I had to request it at check-in. Never had I done it before. Didnt offer to take it in for wash
I have been very disappointed with the Evansville Hyundai service department the last couple of times I have had my car in. The employees have not been very helpful or friendly and the services have taken much longer than expected with little to no updates on the repair status even after asking for them. This has lead to long waits in the waiting room or being stranded at work without a car while waiting for an update. Unfortunately, I do not recommend dealing with them.
