We dropped our car off at 8am for a recall appointment and heard nothing all day. No updates, no call when it was ready we had to call them at 2pm ourselves just to find out. And it didn't stop there. To this day, we still haven't received any follow-up on whether the part has even arrived. Are we supposed to keep chasing them down? That's their job, not ours. The experience alone is enough to make us look elsewhere for our next vehicle.

My Santa Cruz quits running several times! They say they don't know what's wrong. U can go online and I'm not the only one having this problem. I want it fixed. There is a lemon law and I'll be talking to my attorney.

Each appointment took full two hours or longer even with booking the appointment in the certain day and time. After that, another problem presented which they didn't even notice until I pointed out. Will not be back with this team. Also, I saw a mechanic crushed a customer's car into a garage door felt like my car was not taken care of with a deserved care.

I had the vehicle serviced due to an engine light. They replaced a $385 dollar part and labor which didn't fix the vehicle. They said I needed an additional part and labor for $1,300+ to fix it.

I was just not very impressed with the service dept. My Salesperson was great in assisting, but I shouldn't have to go thru her to get good service from the service center on a brand new car that I just bought in December of 2025. First they tried to say that it was my fault. Then when I asked for a car per what is in included in my purchase I was told no. There seemed to be a lack of Honesty with both the salesman and the sales manager. One told me a vehicle had sold and I later saw it on a different lot. The sales manager stated that my trade in would be sent to auction when he had older and higher milage cars on the lot. Last i saw they were offering it for sale on their lot. You evidently can not trust them to be honest in what they tell you about cars on the lot or the value of your trade in.

Poor quality of paint on door handle. They are trying to blame it on ring scratches on a new vehicle. Same ring I've worn for over 50 years & more 20 cars later with a never a problem. This a defect of product & must be resolved. The customer respect was totally not given !!!

Typical car sales... meet the sales person, test ride, discuss price, sales person meets with finance, sales person comes back, meets with finance again, comes back, finance person meets with you, goes back to office, etc., etc., etc.. The dealership owes me a paint pen because they wouldn't pay their paint guy to do a few dings on a used vehicle. We got back from vacation and a voicemail from the sales person said the paint pen was available for pick up anytime. He knows we live 2 hours away. It would have been far too diff... read more

Had an oil change, on Dec. 9th. Had to take it back a week later for leaking oil. Service said it was the filter being improperly seated. Service fixed and two weeks later I had to take it back, same problem. This time, oil pan seal. A week later, in again, this time was told filter housing was cracked. Then service said it wasn't cracked.....not sure why this wasn't caught the first time or even the second time, or how this even happened. These newer vehicles should have a lasting quality better than that. It is fixed final... read more
