The service tech forgot to reset my service mileage and they did a poor job cleaning my windows and vacuuming my car and I waited over 2 hours for my 30,000 maintenance inspection and oil change.

Finance Department is unorganized, disregard to detail, impossible to take or return calls. I have yet to receive payment for over payment on payoff and I'm sure that will be a daily chore to correct.
Engine light stayed on for 3 days en d of June. Earliest they could get me in was 7/24. Then on 7/24 they told me there was nothing wrong but if my engine light came back on to give them a call. Until new ownership I always had good service and would continue buying Hyundai's from them. I wouldn't buy anything from new dealer.

Worst service ever ... Made appointment for oil change and recall service for trunk latch at 9AM... told on arrivial it was to measure for replacement part ... would need to come back. took almost 2 hours for oil change. When service was cpmpleat SURPRISE they found they had the recal part. Left dealership at 1 PM

Last Fall, I brought my Sonata in due to it burning oil excessively. This was after I had the mandated oil light installed. Steven told me to come back approximately 1,000 miles later and just pull up to the door and they'd do an oil consumption test. At approximately the 1,000 mile mark I came back.
