took vehicle in for replacement of inner door panel that was peeling. sat there for over two hours. i asked if they were getting close to finishing. they said yes. when they came to get me and said it was ready, was taken to my vehicle, and when we opened the door, we see that nothing was done. I met with the maintenance supervisor and they found the part that was supposed to be installed, took vehicle to install it. they offered me a free oil change for my inconvenience. so i am supposed to have a free service job next time... read more
My car requires 0W30 full synthetic. Made sure they were aware of this before the oil change. So what does the invoice say when the finished? 5W20 blend. They said they actually used 0W30 but who knows. How hard is it to put the right oil in and record it properly on the invoice?
Bad the car broke down on my way home. This car should have never been sold. I am very disappointed. This was my dream car.
Visit started very well. Emily checked me in, and was fantastic through the whole process. I arrived for my 9AM appointment about 25 minutes early. My car wasnt touched until 9:45. It was then moved to a lift and sat for a while before they attempted to handle to install. One it was done, I was there another 45 minutes for the inspection and the final paperwork. I spent an additional 2 hours at the dealership waiting due to not be notified my vehicle was complete after 1 hour.
When reviewing the results of the multi-point inspection, I saw that every single point passed inspection, including headlights and turn signals. That sounds great...except that I know for a fact that I have a low beam headlight out. That doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the rest of the inspection, nor of any service work performed that isn't immediately visible.
They said I needed preventive maintance done on my 6 speed manual transmission and it's been almost 2 weeks now and they still have not received the transmission kit from hyundai distributor yet and I paid for it in advance and I am not very happy with hyundai at this moment
When dropping off car, explained I had replaced 1 low tire sensor and now have another one staying on. I had air checked frequently thinking I had a low tire. When picking up car, I asked about the tire sensor. The lady told me it was blinking now and if it stayed on means one of the sensors is out. WISHED THIS CAR DID NOT HAVE LOW TIRE SENSORS OR COULD BE SHUT OFF.
