Their new service model is a huge improvement. One person greets you, discusses your problem, gives you up dates on progress & informs you of problems you may not have known about. They also discuss the problem & rate it: is it something that can wait? Does it need to be fixed soon, at your convenience or is it a hazard and needs to be fixed now. My representative, brought a tablet around to show me costs, images of my dirty air filter and videos of the work being done.
it was quick and fast they made sure my vehicle was ready for the road my tire had a nail in it they have me a new tire they are the most friendliest people you can ever meet and they are always efficient with service
