We were welcomed and well=treated. Steve took good care of us and kept us informed of WHAT was going on - what was needed to be done in the near future with oil changes. No panic, just our notification and being aware of what needs to be done. Steve was accommodating and helpful. Friendly. Of course, Jacob P. is our FAVORITE through the years. He always 'takes the time' to discuss MLB. :) There was another young man - very personable, answering phones, as well. Personable certainly helps

I found a recall on my vehicle while checking Hyundai on line. I called Hyundai of evansville and Emily scheduled an appointment the next day. the reason for the prompt service was we were leaving on vacation in the next few days,
