The staff is amazing. the service dept is very busy and hard to reach at times but the service is awesome so I cannot complain.
We were welcomed and well=treated. Steve took good care of us and kept us informed of WHAT was going on - what was needed to be done in the near future with oil changes. No panic, just our notification and being aware of what needs to be done. Steve was accommodating and helpful. Friendly. Of course, Jacob P. is our FAVORITE through the years. He always 'takes the time' to discuss MLB. :) There was another young man - very personable, answering phones, as well. Personable certainly helps
