overall good experience, however I wished that they would have reset my mileage at the end of the oil change because now each time I turn on my vehicle it states that it is 200 plus miles overdue for a service change.

The service department drove me to a restaurant while they worked on my car. The driver, Eric, was very courteous, putting my walker in the vehicle for me. The work took less time than expected, and I enjoyed extra coffee while I waited for my ride back to the dealership. A very good experience.

Despite undergoing a major renovation so that half of the building was inaccessible, and being totally booked up, they still managed to get me worked in quickly, and still got the work done on time. The annoying thing wasn't the service department. It was the hoops Hyundai made us jump through before doing what needed to he done. The car was burning oil. They had to replace the oil and seal it to ensure you were not messing with it (which I can understand), then drive for 1,000 miles. But when it showed that the oil was stil... read more
