I was taken care of while my car was being worked on. However, besides the tire rotation there was no resolution to the three issues I had concerns about. Especially annoying is the noise my brakes make when backing down the driveway first thing in the morning. The tech was unable to find anything wrong and my concern was dismissed. The way this should have been handled was to have me leave my car overnight, so the problem could be duplicated. That was not offered. The other 2 concern swere also dismissed.
