BEWARE!! WARNING!!! We strongly advise you not go with this company. We had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Save yourself a lot of money and grief. We believe we were defrauded out of several thousands of dollars. $$$ The installation costs charged us were 2 and 1/2 times the community average. We were promised skillful, experienced installers; instead we got inexperienced young men, the most experienced of whom, had only put in one of our type of flooring. In June, 2012, we had new wood-laminate flooring put down by FCI (represented in Longview, WA). The flooring seemed well done except at the front and back doors where the installer had removed the previously placed door sill aluminum strips- rounded rubber pad. He left a 3/8" gap at the back door. Our FCI rep had to contact a different repairman to come and replace the original aluminum strip which, fortunately, had not been discarded.
