Floor Coverings International has done numerous jobs for us over the years from carpet, hardwood floors, and countertops. Most recently, I called to see some samples for flooring in a bedroom, vanity and bathroom. The owner was quick to respond, had samples for us the next day and installation was a breeze. The installer was in and out in one day. Prices were excellent, service fantastic. FCI is the only place I use for my flooring needs.

Bad, bad, bad. Trust all the negative posts. Don't use this firm. Our floors in the bathroom and laundry room were installed improperly and they buckle and creek when you walk on them. For $10,000 worth of floors you would think you would get some customer service. Nope. Their service was HORRIBLE. Don't use this firm. In fact I suggest you use Paulson's Flooring in Vancouver, WA. I adamantly urge you to look elsewhere for your flooring and tiling needs. Had I known I would receive such poor service beforehand, I would not have chosen to engage with this branch of Floor Coverings International. We were given a presentation of how credible FCI is and what great reviews that the company had. Turns out, those reviews, etc... are for the company as a whole. FCI was very prompt and professional. There was a little problem after the installation of my LVT with a trim area that did not meet my standards. That problem wa s quickly addressed and the installer was at my house the next day to fix it. Yes I would use FCI again.

We had 7/8th of our entire house recarpeted by floor coverings Int and were thrilled and totally happy with the outcome. From the first appointment with a representative who came when she said she would to the final product, we were very happy. The quality of work was amazing. EVERYTHING was moved by them and replaced perfectly under the watchful eye of Nancy, our representative. had them install a simulated wood floor in one bedroom to see if their work was good. we did have them do the rest of our bedrooms. quote was reasonable per market. installer showed up on time and completed the job as promised (unlike the horror show we are now having with another contractor on a bath remodel). bruce l.

Of all the vendors I've dealt with during a major residential renovation, none have been as responsive, transparent, clear, supportive, and cost effective as Fantastic Floor. I would highly recommend this company for residential and commercial projects of any size, nationwide.

As bad as it gets! Floor Covering International has had some very good Installers like myself work for them in the past. As I worked for them I noticed that they are however a High Pressure sales team. I have installed over 30 floors for this company and would not recommend their services to anyone. The company does not pay its bills, to date I am owed over $8000 for installation services I will never recover because I refuse to lean customers homes.
