You must pay 100% upfront for installation and materials, with no warranties on labor or materials. The carpet Tech we spoke with alternated between "Yesman" when talking to my husband (white, male) to "Defiant Teenager" when talking to me (nonwhilte, female). So, a lot of conflicting information, and some obvious biases. We were told the project for two 9x11 rooms would be about 4-6 weeks. Had my floors done by this company. Representative seemed very on top of it when she came to visit my home and seemed very kind. Once the installers came in, or shall I say two very young inexperienced people. The cuts were uneven, damage was done to the walls. When I reached out to the representative all she seemed to care about at that point was getting the money from my insurance without giving any mind to my concerns. Won't use them again.

I spoke with David about possible carpet replacement, but as I explained my issues, he suggested instead of new carpet I should have a repair person come out an stretch the carpet instead. He was absolutely right. Repair people were here today and old carpet looks awesome. David saved me a lot of hassle and money. This company also installed my living room carpet years ago and it still looks great. Great company and honest. Difficult to find these days,

We just had 730 square feet of Engineered Floor Covering installed by Floor Coverings International Vancouver. We are very pleased with the finished work. Installers were friendly and courteous. We could not believe that all floors were completed in one day. We noticed the person in charge was concerned with subtle floor unevenness by our dining area During the presentation of our options. I searched high and low for a company that would help us restore our home after a flood in our house... International Flooring was awesome! First I worked with Spencer. He came and evaluated our damaged bathroom flooring and gave me about a billion options to choose from. I love that he was super knowledgeable and he wasn't pushing me to do anything super expensive. It has been a month since my new flooring was installed, yet the company has not forgotten me. Yesterday 7/29/2021, Toby, FCI President, personally brought me an appreciation gift and conducted a thorough follow-up inspection of the floor installation. Can't say enough great things about the team at FCI-Vancouver. We had a tough situation trying to identify what we wanted and schedule replacement of carpet before we moved (and the previous owners moved out) and our furniture arrived.
