From the estimate done with Jason, to the actual exterior and interior work of Octavio and his crew, this was an outstanding experience. So often one hires "professionals" who turn out to be much less than professional. NOT so with CertaPro; they really ARE pros!! We recently had our house painted by CertaPro and they did an excellent job. Clean, efficient and extremely professional. We will have the inside painted soon and will definitely use them again.
We have used CertaPro on several of our projects. The entire team is absolutely wonderful to work with and their professionalism is top notch. I scheduled someone from CertaPro to give me a quote on painting I needed to have done. The quote was set 2:00 Thursday afternoon. The They confirmed the time for the onsite quote and I reconfirmed that time and day the same morning. I waited until 2:00, they did not show up. This is not a company to be trusted. We were very careful in talking with their representative to set up a painting job with multiple components to it, confirming both orally and in text messages what was to be done. We scheduled a date for an early morning arrival Eight hours of total time on the job at a set price. I got one of their nuisance doortags placed on my door by their employee despite having a no solicitation sign clearly displayed. That doesn't stop them from leaving trash on your property. The tag reads, "We're painting in your neighborhood!" So what? I painted my house about 2 years ago. Does it need repainting already? Why should I care you are in my neighborhood? Do you hire felons and sex offenders? Is that the reason why I got my door tagged? My neighbor next door to me is out of the country for 3 weeks. Then... read more
