BEWARE - CertaPro has changed! We have used CertaPro painters multiple times, recently the interior of a rental (2017) and then exterior (2023). The service and workmanship was very good and professional, and they even came back to touch up a couple spots with issues. I do not like leaving bad reviews. But in this case had to. I had the exterior of my house repainted by this company. The house was 18 years old at the time and the paint still looked good. The HOA was requiring everyone to change to a new paint scheme, so I had to change. I have to say, the paint job looked good at first and was done fast. Don't consider this firm. They are "NON RESPONSIVE". Listen to their negative comments from others on this site. They may have been great prior to the Covid era. Now, I would not recommend them.

DO NOT hire this company. Crappy work. Paint bubbling and peeling in several places. Painters prepped as they went and did not set aside time for drying. These guys are in a rush to do the job and move on. I have called and left messages several times and still no response. This company doesn't care about customer service. They sell a good pitch, but when the job is done issues of concern are not addressed. I'm aware that my warranty has expired, but I believe that they should send someone out and correct their mistake... read more

They didn't deliver on what was sold to us. Sanding and filling the wood rot was part of the painting. wasn't done. spillage on decks and masonery. paint bubbling, front door rushed and looked discusting. we had to hire another painter to come fix the bubbling on the front decks, sand the front doors to the wood and paint them. need to repaint the railings and garage facia again. the salesman never came to check on the crew who were on breaks more than work. job was to be 5 days and they took 7 and still rushed on last day... read more

worst experience, Cutco knives stolen from kitchen, helped themselves to frig and a couple beers, stole a bank my dad had made me, always had an emergency and had to leave. Painted and painted again when paint was wet so it started peeling. Had to show up at their office with photos they had no clue what kind of people they were employing. The whole thing made me sick. Scott gave me I think $500 dollars off but that was prior to knowing the bank was taken. 2.5 years later, I have repainted myself. Not recommended to use!

I am writing this review to caution anyone who chooses CertaPro to paint your home. I worked with Dan Miller as the Project Manager. He came out, we agreed on a contract to paint my wood siding, some wood repair, paint my patio cover and all trim. The stucco was to be painted 30 days later. I emailed Dan Miller on 3/8/23 to advise him of all issues and requesting CertaPro come back and correct. I submitted a request for a staining bid through Yelp and was contacted by multiple companies. Most provided a quote based on the description and pictures I included in my request. Certa Pro responded and said they would get back to me right away with a quote, but never heard back from them. I ended up hiring another company and they already completed the job.

Dissertation: So, personally I would never use this company again. I truly hate giving low stars, but based on my experience I'm forced to. My dad needed his office painted and I thought this would be a painless experience to help him, but I was wrong. First, positive vibes, they returned my yelp project request right away and came out to view the area that needed to be painted quickly.
