Run and run fast!!! As the owner of a 50million dollar a year construction company we contract with many subcontractors and of course commercial painters all the time. After much thought, I am saddened to write my first and only one star review. However, I need to write this because I would never recommend this company to anyone and caution anyone who chooses them to paint your home. They have poor and untrustworthy communication, predatory practices, and gaslighted us on their subpar quality of work. Dan came out to give us an estimate . He seems promising said he will send my estimate in a few days. I got the email from him a few days later saying he will have by Monday. 2 weeks later still nothing. I sent him an email back and this is his response, " we respectfully declined the bid for this project " wow, ?? No explanation why. Not good business practice. It's a good thing we didn't hire them not.

Requested a quote, was scheduled with someone to come out and inspect the job. No one showed up, I called and was routed to the gentleman who was supposed to come out. He asked for photos and said would email over the quote, never happened.

I wish I didn't have to write this review seeing we paid close to $8,000 for CertaPro to paint about 3/4 of the interior of our newly purchased house. We selected them after some other quotes and really felt good after talking to the salesman Dan Miller. Boy, I was wrong on this company! Get the sale and move on, they clearly don't care about the quality of their work as you can see from some of the pictures I provided. Believe me, I have many more. Based on his review, it looks like we unfortunately had a similar experience with Andrew H. We chose to go with Certa Pro after evaluating several companies and taking other bids. While we are somewhat satisfied with the final job, we would not recommend Certa Pro based on the frustrating process to get to the finished product. Overall, the crew had a lack of attention to detail and poor communication that made the process stressful and negative. I feel like I dodged a bullet! After my estimate, I went back here to write a review and noticed all the really bad reviews amongst the seemingly great 5 star reviews (many that have zero friends might I add). Unfortunately (or fortunately) I did not use them for my project. I came to comment on the estimate itself, which was the worst one I've ever received. He "declined" to give a bid. Well I'm completely dissatisfied with your service I didn't even get to use it. Somebody named Tony called and was looking at my house through Google earth and said he would come by some time last week and never heard back from him. I don't even know if he came by. Glad I didn't use your services because I can assume that the workman would've been just as unreliable.
