The Fall Dallas winds were blowing when we did this work for Margaret. We always try to clean up perfectly. We're pretty fanatical about it.
Very professional and courteous! Very easy to work with, from first initial phone contact, all the way through to project end. We hope to hire this company again in the very near future, for a variety of projects!
They were the most professional group I spoke with. They spent almost 2 hours just to look at the house, prepared a very detailed plan about the job and even planned for the painters to work around my babies nap schedule. They helped narrow down the millions of colors with terrific . Their crew was such fabulous painters who took pride intheir work. They also said it would take 2 days and it did!
We called CertaPro about four weeks before we were to get into the house. They were very knowledgeable about paint quality and approximate time to do the job. When we got the house a week sooner than first expected, I called Don and Julia back and asked them if they could reschedule our job for Wednesday instead of Saturday. Outstanding on the interior painting-- Antonio's crew was extremely professional and left the house spotless. Their cut lines were amazing. Very professional and pleasant. The exterior crew (not Antonio) was OK but did not do as good a job on my stucco house as far as the prep work. There were spots not sufficiently scraped and prepped and places that needed filling to make smooth. Some window trims were partly painted (poor taping job). The owners met me personally to ask VERY thorough questions about my needs/expectations. They provided plenty of references and a detailed proposal so I didn't have to worry about hidden costs. The workers arrived on time every day, prepped the paint areas so extensively that I never worried about my newly stained floors or carpet being damaged. This is a very fine company, who made the entire process thoroughly enjoyable. It was a relatively small job I needed done but they were very personable, attentive to detail, and very professional and made it clear they are very service oriented, with the intention of building a relationship with you that extends beyond the current job. They stated their goal is to "jump through hoops, and work like dogs," to ensure their customers' total satisfaction. Very clever!
