The franchise owner did a great job of selling his product, but did not follow-up thourhg the project as promised. The painters were good, very pleasant. Their work around the baseboards and doorframes was messy. The owner added extra charges onto our invoice without discussing with us. We had scheduled work to begin on a Monday, but they didn't start until Thursday. Not happy customers. We would not recommend using this Certa Pro franchise.

We're sorry that Charlotte feels this way. We painted her entire exterior as well as parts of her interior in early September of 2012, so her review is not of any recent work and only covers a small aspect of the total job. There was termite damage discovered in one interior wall that required extra work and she objected to being charged for that, so we removed the charge from her final invoice. Rain delayed our scheduled start (the crew's prior job was an exterior) and that was something out of our control.
