Get directionsI may be a perfectionist so some people may have been satisfied. But, the wall texture was very poorly done and they damaged small areas of the ceiling pop corn.

This review surprised us because he did an earlier one and rated us 8 out of 10. We always aim to surpass our customers expectations so his review certainly disappoints us. We'll relay his feedback to the crew that did this work and strive to do better.
They lied! Washed brushes in my new sink! Brought 1 small person to do the whole house! I fired them before job complete! They promised the job would be done in 4 days!

We're very sorry that Teresa feels this way. We understand her disappointment. Our crew chief on this job lost his helpers between the time we assigned this job to him and when the job started. We weren't aware of this until we received Teresa's feedback about only one person being on site. We wanted to re-start the job using a different crew but Teresa didn't want to give us that opportunity. We stopped using this crew chief as a result of Teresa's feedback.
I hired this company to remove existing wallpaper from Kitchen and master bath as well as paint the entire interior of my house one month before we moved into our home. I asked that they roll not spray. The paper removal was terrible and they did not patch gouges that they made when taking off paper. They finished that walls in texture which did not match the rest of the houses textured finish. This is a review for work completed almost three years ago. This crew did a poor job and we fired them almost immediately after this. We did our best to address all of the issues we were made aware of back when the job was in progress. Many of the issues raised in this review were never raised three years ago. We always try to respond quickly to customer issues once we're made aware of them.
Painters were sloppy edges between colors were not sharp. Painter got paint on brand new range and texturing compound on new French Patio Doors.

We're never happy to get feedback about "sloppy" work. That's never acceptable. We addressed these issues with the crew and underscored the extreme importance we place on clean careful work.
Unfinnish job. Paint chip the next day, paint over switch plate and vent (suppose take it off). The painter name Louis always came late around 11. I took all pictures and send to the owner Don and he never reply. Its 2 year warranty job and I also call and left the message but no reply

We worked very hard to please Kevin and were very disappointed that we didn't make him happier. We actually did quite a bit more than the proposal stipulated so we're puzzled that he claims the job was unfinished. We're also never tolerant of tardy painters so his feedback on Louis's late arrival has led us to stop using him.

Very unprofessional. One of the worst home improvement projects in my entire life. They left paint on my driveway, in the flower beds, appliances, floors, and furniture. They left the freezer unplugged and all contents were ruined. They painted surfaces that were not painted. They did not repair cracks, caulk, etc. as indicated when I received the bid.

We worked for Suzanne over 7 months ago so it's curious that she's waited so long to post this comment. We did everything possible to satisfy Suzanne during her large interior project, doing many aspects of the job more than once to meet her exceptionally high standards. Sometimes certain people can be practically impossible to please and Suzanne is one of those people. We're disappointed she was displeased but we tried our best and that's all we can ever do.
They were definitely the most affordable but I guess you get what you pay for. Quality was ok. Called back painter and owner to look at my concerns but neither were willing to make it right without additional money.

Unfortunately, there wasn't adequate communication directly between us and Jessica or between Jessica and her mom. As a result, Jessica's expectations were out of line with our proposal. Do not think you can get what you are sold without fighting for it. The head painter assigned to us is not one that is on their website. Do not agree to having Edsel on your project. He will attempt to push everything on your shoulders with regard to quality and scope of work. He wants to do as little as possible to get paid. The owner told me he did not promise that they would sand anything. Their cleaning and prep work does not match what is required on the Sherwin Williams paint can.
