We used this company while we where up in Seattle, we used them down here in Near Newport Beach/Costa Mesa area and we are going to be using them again when we get up to Seattle. The foremen Anothney Heaton and Tim Shilling where amazing. They helped us fix issues left by the previous owner, the price was fair, and the job was done timely. Cant recommend them enough! Thanks again

As an update, Pat reached out and offered to make things right. Turns out, when I made an appointment through the CertaPro website directly, my appointment was routed to a different CertaPro franchise because of my zip code. The confirmation email I received did not specify which franchise had the appointment with me. Even though he wasn't responsible for the error, Pat made himself available and offered to give a quote even though I wasn't in his area. 20yrs ago CertaPro Painters painted the exterior of my home. I remembered being very happy with the experience and 20 years is a long time for it to last. They continually followed up with mailers so when it was time to repaint I called them. Chad Troxel called right away and arrived right on time to quote the job. Serta Pro painters have been great! We hired through the Internet. Our first encounter was with Chad Troxel his customer service is impeccable. Our first encounter he was very polite and professional. Next his estimate was as promised with in the next few days . They did a great job on our house. Estimator came out on time, gave me a reasonable estimate (in line with two others I obtained). Jose, Santos and a third painter arrived on time each day, and worked really hard. They did a great job, were very nice, and answered all my questions. I am completely satisfied with the work.
