Such a bummer. I scheduled CertaPro to come to our new house last Thursday for a quote. Chad was super nice and accommodating to timing, as the house is still in escrow and we had to work with the owner. I was looking forward to my third quote so I can make the decision on who I wanted to use. Unfortunately, it is now Tuesday and I still have not received my quote. I would have loved to work with CertaPro, but without a quote in a dependable time, I can't make that decision.

Chad Troxel is a real professional. He came when he said he would, and even though I told him I might not be able to afford him because of the limited budget I was on, he assured me it would be no problem for him to go ahead and give an estimate. It was an incredibly thorough, professional estimate he gave me including a detailed description of exactly what he would do. I am so impressed! I am so appreciative of people who take great pride in their work...Anthony at CertaPro is a prime example of a true professional. He worked on the interior and exterior of our home at the tail end of our remodel and was meticulous in his workmanship, extremely polite, timely and organized...we couldn't be happier. We had Certa Pro come back to fix some parts that wasn't done right the first time around by another Certa Pro location in 2016. Fast forward 2 years later, Certa Pros two year warranty came in handy for this job. The painter, Anthony was very detail oriented and efficient. He fixed all the peeling paint on our garage doors and touched up/sealed the wood railings for us. Our house looks even better than it was before. We couldn't be more happier with the excellent job he did for us. Thank you Anthony!

I was so apprehensive to hire a painter. I had had issues with contractors in the past and just didn't want to go down that path again. I finally decided on CertaPro. Chad Troxel could not have been more attentive. He always called me back and answered my questions. My paint looks great. This turned out to be a great experience. My only comment is that it was expensive. But maybe you get what you pay for.
