Simply put - I do not know how we could give Wendy Coticchia and her painting team any suggestions for improvement. Wendy was thoroughly helpful in suggesting colors and schemes. The painters worked very quietly and were very careful to protect the many bushes and palm trees around the house and fence. They were very professional and made sure that the area was kept clean and nice during and after the job. Professional. That's the best word to describe our experience with Wendy and the CertaPro Painters Saddleback Valley crew. We had neglected the exterior of our two-story 4BR home for many years and it showed. The stucco needed patching in dozens of places and the wood trim needed filling and priming. Wendy was great - very consultative on colors and paints, as we were looking for a low/no VOC option. The painting crew was excellent -- thorough, really fast, and cleaned up on their way out each day. We had a couple of rooms, some ceilings and some trim done, and we're planning to ask them back for the exterior of our home this summer. Highly recommend!

Pete, the owner was very thorough when he came over the house to do the estimate. By far the most professional compared to the other contractors that came by to do a bid of the exterior work. He walked through what he proposed to do, offered advice when I asked him questions and had a binder of materials that went over CertaPro's process, guarantee and testimonials. I am extremely pleased with the experience we had with CertaPro Painters of Saddleback Valley. The owner Pete was very professional and in control of the entire job from start to finish. The estimate was thorough and accurate. Workers were polite, professional and clean. This CertaPro team delivers on its promises. The owner, Pete, is the epitome of professionalism. The painting team was punctual, thorough, and considerate. For a home exterior job, be sure to look from the inside of your home and walk around as the painting is underway. The painters are human and can't see every little thing.
