I had Certa Pro paint the trim, doors, moldings and wall in my house. My charged a premium price, but failed to put down plastic to shield my wood floors, granite counters, driveway and carpets. White paint all over the place. I emailed the owners but got no response. They need to change their name, because they are not Pros.

Hi, we had an great experience with Certapro. From our introduction and estimate from Mac to the quality workmanship of Wendel and Sergio, we are very impressed. Customer service is excellent, quality from start to finish! We have already recommended them to our neighbors.

I loved working with Ben Robinson and his painting crew. They were outstanding in their customer service from our initial meeting to discuss the exterior painting of our home. He answered our questions and explained their processes, warranties and their crew. Julio and his crew did a great job preparing our home from the high pressure wash, masking of doors & windows & the final touch-ups. They cleaned their work areas every day. The house looks great! I would highly recommend this company and their crew!

CertaPro just completed painting our exterior house and surrounding stucco's cinder block walls and I couldn't be happier. From quote to completion, the professionalism and quality of work is top notch. Ben Robinson, who quoted our work, and coordinated the scheduling, was courtesy and great to work with. If there was a way to leave less than one star I would. Prep on the house was terrible. They high pressured the house , then sprayed the paint on. They painted over leaves that attached themselves when they did the high pressure wash. In the contract they said they would trench down 2 inches, this was omitted. When I brought this to their attention, they indicated they do not do this. When they looked at the contract they found it was to be done. The quality of work was horrible. After getting a few other bids, I decided to go with CertaPro because Ben had the most detailed and comprehensive bid and the price was the best! Ben also quickly responded to my many questions/concerns via email. I provided him with the color we had picked and the painters (Freddy and his assistant) picked up the paint before coming out for the job. CertaPro did a great job painting the wood exterior of our home, garage door, and cabana. They had to replace and/or repair considerable wood which had rotted and they were very conscientious in all their work. Richard was especially helpful and even pointed out an issue with our roof I never would have known about otherwise. They also happily fixed all issues to my satisfaction.
