Chakong (Chuck) Xiong came to my home for the estimate and by his professionalism & demeanor I could tell I was on the right track. He oversaw the entire project (six days) and was always easy to reach. The Site Supervisor was Javier, onsite every single day, genuinely concerned about my satisfaction (and more than willing to make mid-job adjustments), and when we shook hands before he left following the final inspection, I handed him a cash tip.I live by the Pacific and I will need this same exterior paint job in a few year... read more

So glad I chose CertaPro HB to paint the interior of my house. Chakong was a great estimator. Very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and friendly. Once the contract was signed, work started a week later. They sent a team of three to paint the walls lead by Pablo. Great guy and trustworthy. Easy to work with. He and his team all got along great, frequently singing in harmony while they worked. Two additional painters started on my cabinets a couple days later. Certa pro was referred to us from a friend of ours and we are so glad we listened to them! Our first impression was with Chakong who was fantastic. He's super responsive, detailed, and friendly. We hired them to do our entire 4500 sf house and they did a gorgeous job and were very quick and tidy. Their prices were very reasonable but most importantly they did a really great job! Highly recommend!
