CertaPro may be okay but the painter they sent to do the job for us did a horrible job. It was like he had never painted before. I was embarrassed for this company. I will give CertaPro another try but not in the West Des Moines, IA area.
Horrible experience. The "crew" was 1 man... Unprofessional with no name tag or indication that he was from CertaPro other than the paperwork. The job of painting trim and staining cabinets was supposed to take 2 weeks - it took 3 months! Tons of mistakes with the edging by the trim resulting in multiple touch-ups and 1 wall needing to be totally repainted. I hired Certo Pro and the first painted they send did a very bad job, they send out another painter and he did a very good job, will never hire them again!!

I was disappointed with the experience from the start. My job was to start on 6/22, as of 6/18, I had not heard from anyone at the company. Painter stopped by on 6/18, told me they were not behind schedule; 6/19 called & said they were behind schedule & would not be starting our job 6/22 ;Called on 6/22 & said they would be out in the afternoon to power wash, that didn't happen until 6/23. No one called again until 6/25 & told us they would not start our job until 6/29 b/c it was too hot. I can understand that it was too hot... read more

Weather is always a factor that can and will effect all exterior painting projects. To be able to give the best possible results with an exterior painting project one should not apply paint in weather that is over 90 degrees and under 35 degrees (depending upon the paint) or if the substrate that is being painted is too wet. Upon completetion on 7/6 the customer was pleased with the end result.
