Excellent service, attention to customer satisfaction. Painting quality very good.
They performed interior and exterior projects in a neat and timely manner.
Very courteous team. Kept us well informed and their work area very clean during the project.
Good communication from owner and workers. Showed up when he said he would for the estimate. Only company we could find that was willing to do the job. Most others told us flat out they weren't interested or just didn't show up. Highly reccomended.
We had a very bad experience first time around with the sub-contractors they hired. We were very unhappy with the results and CertaPro sent out their top person who is doing an excellent job on our deck. They were not only responsive but also assured us that this would be done to our satisfaction and they delivered. I would totally recommend them at this point.

They were at the house when they said they would be, the job was done, but not to my satisfaction, and I relayed that to Steve. The crew that started the project was not the one that finished it. All the workers were polite and as a woman, I never felt they were ignoring my concerns. Nice job overall - managed my expectations every day - did an excellent job with the prep work and painting
CertaPro's painters arrived on the date promised, started early every day and worked hard until the end of the day. They were very concerned about quality issues and engaged me on repairs required that were not included in the oriignal estimate. They kept the worksite organized and worked efficiently. In my project, there was a lot of repair work, scraping, sanding and sealing that was not expected.
