Owner was nice, but as I understand it he subcontracts the work.
Exceptional customer service from initial estimate through closure. Professional and friendly. Outstanding work quality. Would definitely hire CertaPro again.
Very enthusiastic and helpful. Was always on the job when promised. Some adjustments needed to be made to the schedule because of normal business adjustments.

Good communication from owner and workers. Showed up when he said he would for the estimate. Only company we could find that was willing to do the job. Most others told us flat out they weren't interested or just didn't show up. Highly reccomended.
We had a very bad experience first time around with the sub-contractors they hired. We were very unhappy with the results and CertaPro sent out their top person who is doing an excellent job on our deck. They were not only responsive but also assured us that this would be done to our satisfaction and they delivered. I would totally recommend them at this point.
They provided a good value for the job.
