The management was good however the workers were very unprofessional when they finished the job. They damaged my siding and did not tell me or Steve. They also left oil spots in the driveway and cigarette butts in the gutters. The rain then washed the butts onto the lawn. Work was satisfactory although not exceptional.

We replaced all of the damaged siding plus additional siding that was in poor shape, cleaned the entire driveway, and gutters. We have taken actions to ensure that this does not happen again.
Steve was very professional. We would have used his bid, but my husband decided to use another referral. The price was very similar. I have already recommended Certapro to a friend.
Everyone we worked with from CertaPro treated us and our home with the utmost respect. They did an expert job! High quality work and regular, clear communication make recommending CertaPro to anyone easy. The only thing we regret is not getting a hold of them sooner.
sales person over sold what the painters actually did. Was told by the project manger the painter was one of the best. I told them if they were the best then that's a bad reflection on CertaPro. Would recommend no one use them. Bad experience.

Scam artists! The worst drywall work I have ever seen. Terrible communication within the staff. Mike, the sales manager came over and wrote a proposal that did not include what they were asked to do. They never sent updated contract. Workers showed up not knowing what they were there to do. They ended up never getting it right. Because they could not follow instructions. They are scam artists. Booked in advance. No follow up calls. No calls about paint colors. Rained that day & didn't know if anyone was coming. Left for work & came home to a painting family that didn't have my colors. He was told to match as close as he could to my FADED colors I was having updated!! So many unbelievable conversations that let me know I was locked in & it didn't matter to them. Terrible to work with - sales Manager will promise items and then not follow through. Said they would sand and seal wood, they did it both at the same time - really! Sand, wipe down then seal, anyone knows that except them. Sales manager said they could get marks off the wood, but the crew said they could not. Was suppose to sand the complete area but it was hit and miss what was sanded. Paint left on baseboards, window trim, doors, light switches, electrical outlets, cabinets....it's EVERYWHERE!! Didn't realize CertaPro subcontracted its work...that's my fault for not asking. The painter couldn't even speak or understand English. I'd post all the pictures of the sloppy work if I could. At least they didn't get paint on the ceilings. No one from CertaPro was present during the final walk-through.
