The quality of a company is often reflected by how well it responds to mistakes it makes. I would give California Closets a grade of A for this. After new cabinets were installed in our home, upon close inspection, we found several flaws, a few significant. When we contacted the company, their reps responded immediately, graciously, apologetically, and with the appropriate urgency about making the fixes ASAP. And the fixes were made ASAP. Where do I even begin? We had started our closet remodel search by having 3 design consultations from different companies. California closets, closet factory and bayfront custom cabinets and closets. 3 completely different experiences and I can't emphasize enough how much better Sally was than any of the other reps. We wanted to remodel our master bedroom closet and our son's bedroom closet. As far as price California closets came right between the other 2 as the mid price ranged option. We had a great design process with Emilie. She was very flexible when we wanted to make adjustments and changes. The installers did an amazing job and it looks great. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, vacuuming and dusting/polishing the shelving before they left. We would definitely use California Closets again.

Terrible customer service. It seems to me this is luck of the draw based on the individual consultant assigned to your project. Unfortunately we were assigned a consultant who was unprofessional and unhelpful. When I asked to be reassigned my complaint was referred back to the problematic individual. Horrible negative experience. We went with SpaceSolutions and were very very pleased with the service and the product.

Once again, love our new wardrobe closets. This is our 3rd time using California Closets. There was an issue where one of the door pieces was too long, but no problem because they had a new piece cut and the installer came back the same day to finish the job. We did have an issue with the drawers, but once again they are so responsive and will have someone come out tomorrow to fix the problem. Both Cindy Anderson (designer) and Mark (the installer) are very impressive. They genuinely care about their customers. During the design consultation and installation, they did not rush things and really listened to our needs. I have been very impressed with their genuine care and superb results. I am definitely a happy customer and will love to use your service again in the short future.

We had both of our kids rooms redone with California Closets and Sally Benyola was our designer. We are fully pleased with the outcome and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and expertise of our designer! Sally listened to what we wanted and her creativity and knowledge made the whole process smooth and enjoyable!

I've been working with Manon now for a few closet designs and must admit I think I'm the most excited about the laundry room we just finessed together. Manon is just amazing! She's able to capture very quickly not only what you need functionally but gets your style and personality. This all translates into a killer design!! Sally Benyola did a great job first understanding my needs and then working painstakingly with me to get exactly what I wanted into my closet- getting an overwhelmingly large wardrobe into a challenging space. Spent an extra hour in the office going over the design to make sure we got everything.
