Jonathan Avne helped us work designs for our master closet and garage and they both worked out fantastic! I interviewed 3 companies and working with Jonathan was by far the easiest and most professional person of all. The installers were on time, professional, clean, considerate, courteous . . . This is the second time I've used California Closets in Los Gatos and they are amazing. Worked with Rosie Hames, who could not have been more helpful or more creative, and she delivered our dream master closet. She was really helpful in the design, and the execution was great. She managed to design it with lots of hanging space, shelving, hampers, a dresser, even an ironing board in the dresser, all without it seeming crowded at all. It's beautiful!
I needed some help from California Closets because my closets which they had installed is falling apart. There literally is no one on the floor at the Larkspur store of any help. I had asked if there was someone who can get me some glue to hold the pieces together and she went to her desk to hand me the white Elmer's glue! We are a totally separate company based in the south bay but if you PM me with your contact info I should be able to get you to someone out of the San Francisco business that can fix this awful situation! After considerable thinking, I decided to pay more but have California Closets Construct and install my small closet. Savannah was very helpful, and patient, as I had a lot of questions in order to finally decide to go for ot The installation was incredible, the men were so nice and professional, and really knew what they were doing.With a lifetime warranty, I don't know what kept me looking at Closet World to begin with.You get what you pay for, and I am thrilled!!!!!!!
If you are serious about your closet, you need to contact California Closets and ask for Sally. She is a miracle- worker. The wardrobes they did for me in my bedroom are outstanding. The customer service was fabulous. And Sally knows her stuff. I'm re-modeling my house and I am dealing with lots of different vendors and services, and that made California Closets stand-out even more for me as one of the easiest companies to deal with. This is a worst compnay i have dealt with . They came in for a consultation and spent 2 hours to design the garage and master closet. I said garage quote was too high and then i have to discuss with my wife for the master closet and get back and if they could send me the designs i would discuss , they even called me the same evening to confirm my email address and they have not sent me the designs and now after trying to reach them for 3 days finally they called me and said they cannot send emails until they have a deposit. ... read more
I worked with Ms Manon Demers on my teeny tiny walk in closet and had a wonderful experience. My tiny walk in was like a tunnel with clothes overflowing on either side of it. Manon came up with a great plan where the lay out was reconfigured. She showed me the 3D rendering in the Los Gatos store and I loved it. Now I just have so much more space. I'm super happy with my new Master Closet! Sally Benyola is an excellent designer. It was the fastest process ever. She "gently" pushed me to a color I would not have picked and it turned out beautiful. She had me come to the showroom and show me on a 3D screen exactly how it would look. Mark the installer was fabulous too. He came on a Sat., stayed quiet as he could, very personable. The end result was top notch. Highly recommend!
If you're looking for a closet system. Contact CA Closet, Roberta, is incredible! She came to our home measured everything, asked how many clothes we had as were under construction. Roberta, designed an incredible closet for my husband and fabulous walk in closet for me. We went to the showroom where she showed us the selections and then she had a 3D design on a large flat screen for us!
