Roberta Lasecke was fabulous to work with!! I was in a rush to get this closet installed and she was able to squeeze me into the schedule. They sent a wonderful install crew who were COVID safe and very friendly. Wonderful experience and can't recommend them enough. Thanks Roberta!!

I would highly recommend, California closets. Dana, came out and helped us design and recommended a few things.. how we could utilize the space. we met Dana, at the Los Gatos show room. We got to see the color, fits and finishes, which really made us feel confident in our choices! The crew came out to install everything, they were really friendly clean and efficient. the job is now done we are really happy with the finished product!!

I worked with designer Roberta Lasecke on my master bedroom closet. She is super experienced, I think she said she was with the company for 15+ years. So she knew all the products, material and offerings very well. The process goes like this (during CoVID): you make an initial appointment via phone, a designer visits your home in which you talk to your designer how you need the space to be organized etc.., they take the measurements. Charlene at California Closets - Los Gatos was the ideal consulting sales agent! With sensitivity to COVID, Charlene patiently worked with us to design two closets virtually (using zoom and screen share). She then then came out to verify that all of the measurements were correct. The installed closets were just as we designed.

Our experience with California Closet form start to finish was nothing but excellent. We worked with Sally, very knowledgeable and experienced, guided us through the whole process. She was very patient since we changed our mind a lot and went back and forth with our designs and she was nothing but sweet and made changes to our design a few times per our requests. We started our closet design process in the midst of the COVID shutdown. Cindy did the designs for us and she was a pleasure to work with. She was able to do almost everything virtually, which was great. She was also very patient with us when we kept changing our minds about things and requesting revisions to the designs. The installers worked efficiently and got everything (two walk-in closets, one hallway closet, and laundry room cabinets) installed in less than a day. Unreasonable business practices. We bought a large gift certificate at a charity auction, put it down as a deposit for a project, my wife had a baby and we postponed the project. Now back up for air after the baby and the owner said the gift certificate expired and would no longer be honored. Does a project deposit expire? I don't know, maybe. Are they being reasonable? No. There was no discussion, no back and forth, no attempt to find a compromise with us, as long time customers. Disappointing.

Second house using them & while we've not been installed yet the process has been worthy of a 5 star review! We also appreciate all the new wood options & finishes. Paige is outstanding at what she does! Highly recommend using her.

The closet installer was great and final installation was beautiful. However the process to get there was beyond painful. We set up the installation, signed the contract and my realtor paid for it. It was scheduled for 8/3, then on 7/26 I get an email stating that the installation was the next day. I immediately call the office and two employees say oh you're scheduled for 7/27, we set that up and confirmed that it with you.
