We were very unhappy with our closet install. The end product did not look like the plans they sent us. I shouldn't have to request molding to cover the gaps. It should be standard. It looks cheap without it and now we have to finish it ourselves

California Closets installed a beautiful pantry in my kitchen. We highly recommend our fantastic designer, Tannaz. She made the process easy and designed a lovely, spacious, and very functional pantry. Mario did an excellent job in installing the interior framework, shelves, and the doors.

Carmela Roberts was responsive, professional and competent. We very much appreciated her ideas and renderings. The California Closets process will, no doubt, produce a great result where it matches the customer needs. Our particular remodel required a greater amount of unique customization than was suited to their particular capabilites. Most recently I worked with Cindy on a built-in for an office. Cindy provided remarkable experience. I have been working with her since 2015. This is a 4th installation she has helped me with. Every time Cindy is incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and exceeds every expectation. She provided detailed designs and guided me every step of the way. I look forward to the final outcome and I can't recommend her work enough!

Had a great experience with California Closets. Jane came out to the house and took measurements and asked us about our needs. She drew up concepts and reviewed them in the office with us, allowing us to make as many tweaks as we wonted and chose finishes and hardware. Installation was quick, professional and looks great!

Our designer, Lori, did a fabulous job as did our installer, Mario, and we are happy with the product. So, it's a shame that we cannot recommend California Closets to others due to poor customer service. When my husband went in for unexpected surgery, our bedroom and closet remodel project had to be delayed. I contacted California Closets to reschedule installation and was told we'd be charged the reschedule fee ($600.00!) even though my email was sent JUST TWO DAYS prior to the two-week reschedule deadline. Andrew is freaking amazing. He came out multiple times to check progress of our construction, got to know our family and our design desires as well as how my wife and I differed, and went above and beyond via text, late meetings, weekends, to get the project of our dreams. He was always conscious of our budget, our lead times, and even helped me add a late additional closet at the end that made it in time for the final inspections. I would it start good with this place, the design looks promising and things feel good in the showroom. However, I keep regret I got it installed in my house almost everyday since the installation. First, they use a lot of fillers for the installation. I don't like fillers, I consider fillers as a cheap and lazy solution to the rescue of bad design and lack of consideration and measurement. California closets in Los Gatos is the way to go. I used their services for a retail fitting room and stockroom. I couldn't be more happier than the turnout. I do recommend everyone to go to Eric, his work ethic and skill do speak loudly, perfect for anyone who is looking for top shelf quality (pun intended). Amazing job done that suited the shop well.
