The closet installer was great and final installation was beautiful. However the process to get there was beyond painful. We set up the installation, signed the contract and my realtor paid for it. It was scheduled for 8/3, then on 7/26 I get an email stating that the installation was the next day. I immediately call the office and two employees say oh you're scheduled for 7/27, we set that up and confirmed that it with you. What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Sally was amazingly patient and super resourceful in designing our uniquely shaped closet. The end result was perfection with exactly the right amount of shelves, hang, and dressers. We love our closet! This was NEARLY a disaster, but Dennis stepped in and saved it. Thank you, Dennis!! We had Veronica out to our house in Los Altos to design a custom office/ study. We did work through a couple of iterations to get to what made sense for us, and she was flexible about that process, so we were grateful. Excellent service and good quality. Our designer is Veronica. She actually came to our house and did detailed measurements in our first meeting. Our next appointment is at their office to look at what they have, choosing materials and hardware accessories. Veronica is very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with our new closets designed and built by California Closets and Charlene Rudee. Charlene immediately understood our need for more efficient and attractive closet space while dealing with the realities of the existing closet areas. The installation for three closets (MBR, pantry, front hall) took only 1/2 day and looks fantastic. I have had 2 closets designed by Cindy A. and absolutely love her promptness, professionalism and her service! I highly recommend California Closets and specifically CINDY to help customize your closet and living space. I also had a custom shelf / storage added to my garage.
