I had been thinking about it for a bit and I'm so glad I moved forward with using CC for my walk in! I absolutely love my closet and I'm impressed with the quality. Tom did my install and he couldn't have been any kinder and more thoughtful!
I had a California closet walk-in closet installed as well as a linen closet system and most recently, cabinets installed in my laundry room. They were all very well made and of high quality. The installers were very respectful of my home and were very courteous as well. For the most recent installation, the laundry room cabinet installation, the installer- Cameron- came over on his day off to do the installation. Priscilla was great to work with. I had a great experience from start to finish. It's been 9 months since it was installed and I love it every day.
Chloe was amazing to work with. She calmly guided us thru what at first was an overwhelming endeavor to determine what work best for each of our various closets and what we even wanted. She didn't push us at all which was also very refreshing. We have had our closets for a year now and i wouldn't change anything. They have maximized our storage space beyond what i had even imagined and I just enjoy opening our closets.
We've done three projects with the California Closets Brighton (MA) showroom - working with our designer, Chloe O'Keefe. The first project was closets in two bedrooms, second was a Murphy bed in the guest room, and third was a big wall to wall closet in the master BR. Chloe brings common sense recommendations and adds a sense of style as well. On top of it, she is an absolute delight to work with - great follow up and communication. I have ordered a jewelry drawer to add on to the previous owner of my home's closet and it has literally been a laughable experience. For almost $600 for the one drawer, they have been almost completely unresponsive for two months. I have called the corporate customer service several times. Do not use (unless you have to, because they are already installed in your house).
It was an awful experience. Actually worse then I could have imagined. Horrible workmanship, the salesperson didn't even measure correctly. They pretended everything was fine with workmanship. Every where there is a screw they split their particleboard. It looks worse then if you had bought Home Depot prefab draws. Giving 1 star is way to generous. Run from this place
Also they might want to train their so called installers !!!! Clueless as I read all your other reviews. Shameful.
